“Great breakfast!!”

“They canceled my reserved room without informing me. Earlier, I called them because my flight was delayed and asked whether they could either move my reservation to the next day or provide a refund. They told me that neither option was possible. At no point did I ask them to cancel my reservation. However, when we arrived at the property around 11:30 PM, the staff informed us that they had already given our room to someone else and laughed in my face. I requested them if they could provide me……

“We stayed at the cottage. Living room, full kitchen and half bth on first floor while bed room and full bath on top. Very clean and well prepared. The outside garden is beautiful. Main building where main office locat we is very clean and nice to visit while we have breakfast there. Hidden gem!”

“Ive got in the habit of not traveling with shampoo and conditioner. The only thing provides was bar soap. Also our rooms smelled like smoke and frebreeze.”

“My only complaint would be i stayed three days but on the second day my room key didnt work so I had to have them do it again. I was told it was because the employees are lazy and only ever do it for one day...kind of odd if you ask me. And to know that it's being done on a regular basis but it doesn't get fixed is beyond me.”
